Build a Career That Heals
Well Spring Intervention is a licensed, staff-secure Level III residential treatment facility for children and adolescents ages 6–17 in Goldsboro, North Carolina. We are building something rare: a small, trauma-informed, evidence-based program where every staff member truly knows every child. If you believe that healing happens in relationships — not just in sessions — we want you on our team.
Why Well Spring?
We are not a large institution. We are intentionally small — four youth, one household, a team that shows up for each other and for every child. Here is what makes us different.
Trauma-Informed Culture
We don’t just say trauma-informed — we live it. Our entire program model, from the 7-layer behavioral support continuum to the daily milieu, is built on the understanding that every child has a story.
Small by Design
Only 4 youth at a time. You will truly know each child — their triggers, their strengths, their goals. No factory-line care. Every interaction matters.
2:4 Staffing Ratio
Two awake, trained staff for every 1–4 youth, 24/7/365. We exceed the regulatory minimum because safety is non-negotiable. You will never be alone on a shift.
Professional Growth
We invest in your development: 40-hour pre-service orientation, annual NCI/CPI recertification, trauma-informed care training, and pathways from DCP to AP to QP. Your career grows here.
Family-Driven Care
Families are partners, not visitors. You will build real relationships with parents and caregivers through family therapy, visitation, and the “You Said / We Did” feedback loop.
Evidence-Based Practice
TF-CBT, DBT-informed skills, EMDR, PCIT-informed family work. We use what works — and we measure outcomes with validated instruments (PHQ-A, GAD-7, CAFAS, C-SSRS) at admission, every 90 days, and at discharge.
